- Military Retirees: Former members of the military entitled to retired, retirement, or retainer pay (e.g., 20 or more years of cumulative service or 100% medically retired).
- Veterans: Honorably discharged military personnel released from active service within 24 months of their date of separation.
- Spouses & Domestic Partners: Spouses or domestic partners residing in the same household as an eligible participant, with proper verification.

Which Subaru vehicles can I purchase or lease with this discount?
The discount applies to any new, never-previously-titled Subaru vehicle—ideal for dependable commutes across Jackson County, Whiteman AFB, or the greater KC area, whether you choose an Outback, Forester, Crosstrek, Ascent, or Impreza. Pre-owned vehicles, retailer demos, and select specialized trim levels (such as BRZ tS, WRX tS, or Crosstrek Hybrids) are excluded from VIP program pricing.
