That’s why we created Love-Encore, a complimentary follow-up delivery experience designed exclusively for new Subaru owners1. When you purchase a new Subaru from our dealership, you’ll be invited to return for this personalized appointment with a member of our team. During your visit, we’ll walk through your Subaru’s features, answer any questions you may have, and help you customize settings so everything works the way you want it to.

Your Love-Encore visit will be conducted by Leanna Sego, our Champion of Subaru Technology. Leanna specializes in helping Subaru owners learn everything their vehicle can do. Whether you want help setting up your multimedia system, learning more about Subaru EyeSight®2, or exploring other advanced features, she will make sure you leave feeling confident and comfortable with your vehicle.

Your appointment is typically scheduled between 14 and 45 days after your purchase. We’ve found that after spending some time behind the wheel, many drivers discover new questions about their vehicle’s features and technology. This visit gives you the perfect opportunity to get those questions answered while learning even more about what your Subaru can do.

That’s why we have a dedicated Subaru Star Delivery Specialist, Leanna Sego, whose job is to make sure you feel comfortable and confident with your new Subaru long after you leave the dealership. Leanna takes the time to personally walk you through the technology and features your vehicle offers and answer any questions you may have along the way. She’ll demonstrate systems like the Multi-Function Display, EyeSight® Driver Assist technology2, X-MODE, Navigation, and Home Screen & Audio controls, helping you get familiar with everything your Subaru has to offer.

The Subaru Star Delivery Specialist, Your Vehicle Technology Expert

Once you take ownership of your new Subaru, Leanna Sego will schedule a return visit to the retailer for your Love-Encore appointment. This typically takes place within 14 to 45 days from your original delivery date and gives you the opportunity to ask questions about your vehicle’s features and technology after you’ve had time to drive it. With the help of the Star Delivery Specialist, you’ll gain a better understanding of how your Subaru’s technology and safety systems enhance your driving experience.

During your visit, Leanna will walk through many of the key features and systems available in your Subaru and help make sure everything is set up the way you want it. You’ll also learn more about MySubaru® Connected Services4 and how to enroll. Please note this appointment typically takes about 30 to 60 minutes. Your Star Delivery Specialist is your go-to contact for technology questions before, during, and after taking ownership of your vehicle.

Features such as Automatic Collision Notification and Enhanced Roadside Assistance keep drivers connected to help when needed. After your Love-Encore appointment, Subaru will send you an email with a link to choose your gift. From there, you can browse a curated collection of useful items or choose to direct the value of your gift toward a charitable cause. Your redemption link is typically available for 90 days, giving you plenty of time to select the option that means the most to you.

Many Subaru owners choose to use their gift to support causes that make a difference. Options may include helping provide care for rescue pets through Best Friends Animal Society, supplying classrooms with essential school supplies through Kids In Need Foundation, providing rides to treatment for cancer patients through the American Cancer Society, supporting mentorship and workforce training for at-risk youth through Old Skool Café, or giving comforting blankets to children entering foster care through Comfort Cases®.
