While we are developing and enforcing new policies at the store level so that we can help prevent or reduce COVID-19 risks, let us share some information that we hope can help you reduce the potential impact of this fast-moving situation.

 

First, we'd like to encourage you observe the guidance of your city, state and federal officials, including those directing you to cancel events that draw large crowds. 

 

Also, respect the concerns of your customers and heed all warnings from the experts and medical personnel as measures are implemented to contain the outbreak.

 

Additionally, if we find that any employee in our facility has been exposed to or has contracted the virus, we intend to take swift action, including notifying all relevant personnel, such as any customers who may have been exposed.  Do follow the CDC guidelines about what to do if there is a positive test incident.

 

While there's not a lot in our control, we are working to carefully manage our production situation. At this time, there is currently no negative impact to report.
